Absolute Surveying provides a diverse range of land surveying and construction project related services drawing from the experience and knowledge base of a multidisciplinary team.
Construction
Management of construction setout and specialists in the construction field. Ensuring project obligations of the surveying team and contractor are achieved through the design and building process with accurate site layout.
Existing Conditions
Absolute Surveying undertake a range of site context and site analysis surveys to support development ('ResCode') applications. We also undertake small and large scale existing conditions surveys to support architectural design or redesign. Our services include internal as well as external site conditions.
3D Laser Scanning
3D Laser Scanning is the latest technology that Absolute Surveying has embraced. Data sets are combined into a point cloud that can be used to create three dimensional shapes or surfaces. Our projects currently include building facades for architectural design.
Civil
Preparation of civil engineering program to undertake large scale infrastructure projects with relevant scope of works documents, complete design and construction service. Effective administration of the project to ensure resource management and the required skills for road pavement, digital terrain modelling, bridge piers, elevated structures and rail setout.
Cadastral - Title Boundary
Provision of cadastral land surveying services including title boundary re-establishment, land status, ownership, easements and other encumbrances, adverse possession applications and subdivisions (small and large scale). Cadastral services are supervised or undertaken by a practicing licensed surveyor.
Tenancy
Preparation of tenancy lease area surveys for commercial leasing compliance and residential apartment ownership as per Property Council of Australia ('PCA') guidelines.
Survey Management
Management of the survey process from concept, project feasibility,contract documentation and client approval phases, to the coordination of tenders with architects, engineers and statutory bodies, fee proposals and subsequent appointment of the successful contractor and itemised scope of works.
Dilapidation
Preparation of an existing condition 'Dilapidation survey' reports provides detailed photographic records of existing external and internal conditions that reviews elements 'at risk' of being damaged prior to the commencement of on site and surrounding construction activities. If in the future there is any deterioration and/or damage caused by site works, the dilapidation survey shall ascertain original existing conditions, and any subsequent remedial works may be carried out to an acceptable standard for all interested parties and stakeholders.
Absolute Machine Guidance
Preparation and management of machine guidance systems and data handling that incorporates the use of digital terrain modelling, data manipulation and machine guidance software the required project. Effective administration and data flow between stakeholders to maximise machine guidance productivity and quality. Tutor operators in best practice machine guidance utilization and provision of assistance in fault finding and supplier liaison.
